    Co-Founder & CEO, Ocree

    Ted Davis is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ocree, a digital infrastructure platform helping modernize private markets. After more than 20 years spanning commercial real estate, capital markets, and entrepreneurship, Ted saw firsthand how outdated processes create friction for investors, issuers, and advisors.

    Driven by a passion for innovation and market accessibility, he co-founded Ocree to help bridge traditional finance and emerging technology, building infrastructure that makes private markets more efficient, transparent, and trusted.

    Having participated in more than $5 billion of commercial real estate transactions, Ted is focused on creating a future where investing in private assets is as seamless and accessible as investing in public markets, while maintaining a strong compliance-first foundation.

    Co-Founder & President, Ocree Properties

    Ryan Wilkinson is a Co-Founder of Ocree and President of Ocree Properties, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment analysis, transaction structuring, and business development across North American and international markets. Ryan has extensive experience in asset evaluation, due diligence, market intelligence, risk assessment, and value creation.

    As President of Ocree Properties, Ryan leads the company’s real estate strategy, including asset origination, investment evaluation, strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities across private real estate markets.

    Ryan is focused on combining institutional real estate expertise with modernizing the financial infrastructure to create greater access, transparency, efficiency, and confidence across private markets.

    Chief Legal Officer & Member of the BCSC Fintech Advisory Forum

    Anne is the Chief Legal Officer of Ocree and brings over 25 years of experience in the financial markets in legal and accounting.  Anne brings a unique perspective as a former regulator, auditor, and lawyer, with experience in senior roles across the financial industry.  

    Anne works closely with regulators and industry to advocate for modernizing regulations to support innovation and confidence in the capital markets, while maintaining investor protection.

    Anne is focused on legal, compliance, regulatory, and operations within Ocree to execute the vision of modernizing the infrastructure for private markets.
